1) Pre-heat oven to 350F/175C. Prepare loaf bread pan and grease with oil. Sift and combine all dry ingredients except for sugar and mix it all together and set aside.
2) Mash the peeled banana in a large bowl then add sugar, egg, vanilla, melted butter, sour cream and chocolate chips. Mix it well.
3) Fold-in the sifted dry ingredients. And mix it well.
4) Transfer the cake mixture into the prepared pan up to 2/3 full. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the stick test comes out clear.Best serve with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
