Frutti di Mare

Ingredients:

300g Penne Pasta

250g Mixed Seafoods

1 Onion, chopped

4-5 Cloves of garlic, minced

3-4 Tomatoes, sliced

3-4 Tbsp. Olive Oil

100g Mozerella Slices

Salt and Pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan Cheese for toppings

Procedure:

1. Cook Penne Pasta according to the packaging instructions. Drain and keep it warm, do not rinse in cold water. Set aside.

2. Pre-heat pan with olive oil. Saute garlic and onion till soft and tender. Then add sliced tomatoes, cook it well.

3.Add the mixed seafoods and cook it well for 10 minutes on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.

4. Once the seafood is cooked, add mozerella cheese slices then add the cooked penne pasta. Switch off the heat. Continue mixing until all pasta is coverd. Add more olive oil if dry. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and ready to serve. Enjoy!
