Longganisa Pasta


3 pcs. cooked Longanisa, chopped

3 cups cooked Linguine pasta

Olive oil

6 pcs Cherry tomatoes, halves

1/2 cup Broccoli florets

1 tbsp. Red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan Cheese for toppings


1) Sauté the chopped longanisa in olive oil.

2) Add the brocolli, cherry tomatoes and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

3) Add the cooked linguine pasta and mix it well.

4) Transfer in a plate ready to serve. Add grated parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
