Adobo sa Kamatis
- Render the pork belly till light brown.
- Add a little bit of oil, sauté garlic and onion. Add tomatoes and mix it well.
- Add vinegar and soy sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Add water, sugar and bay leaves. Season with pepper to taste. Simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes or till the pork is tender.
- Transfer in a platter ready and serve with rice. Enjoy!
