Adobong Puti


1/2 kg. Pork Belly, sliced

1/2 kg. Chicken portions

1/4 kg. Pork Liver, sliced

1 whole Garlic, lightly crushed

3 Bay Leave

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 cup Marca Piña Sukang Puti

1 cup Water

Fish Sauce (optional)

Oil for sautéing


1) Pre-heat pan with oil. Sauté garlic then fry the pork belly and chicken till lighly browned for about 10-15 minutes.

2) Add bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste, mix it well. Then add Marca Piña Sukang Puti but do not stir the meat. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.

3) Add water if needed. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour on a medium low heat. Once the meat is tender, add liver and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes. You can add fish sauce and adjust according to your taste. Best serve with rice. Perfect for picnics and outings.
