Bicol Express

Ingredients:

1 kg pork, sliced in small bits

1 can coconut milk (2 cups kakang gata)

1 onion, chopped

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 tbsp. bagoong alamang

sili labuyo (depending how spicy you like it)

salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup water

Procedure:

1) Let the coconut milk boil in a pan.


2) Add all ingredients at the same time and season it according to your taste.


3) Let it simmer on a very low heat till the coconut milk is fully absorbed & till the meat is tender.


4) Best serve in a sizzling hot plate.
