1. Combine vinegar and garlic and season with salt & pepper according to your taste and mix it well.
2. Pour the mixture into the pork chop and marinate for at least an hour.
3. Pre-heat the grill pan or bbq grill and place the marinated pork chop for cooking. Cook the pork chop 5-10 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the pork chop and depending on how well you like your meat done.
4. Once cooked, transfer it into a platter. Best serve with boiled rice and with pinakurat na suka for dipping. Enjoy!
