1) Combine all ingredients except for the sesame seeds in a pan, big enough for the pork. Mix well to make a marinade.
2) Transfer the pork into the pan with marinade and cook on a low medium heat for 1 hour. Turn the pork on the other side after 30 minutes to cook the other side on a low heat for another 30 minutes or till the meet is almost tender.
3) Pre-heat the oven to 175C. Transfer the cooked pork in roasting tray with lined with foil. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
4) After baking, transfer the ham into a platter. Pour any remaining sauce from the baking tray. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and ready to slice and serve. Enjoy!
