750g Pork belly, sliced into small pieces

250g Pork liver, sliced into small pieces

1 big Potato, sliced into cubes

1 big Carrots, sliced into cubes

1/2 Bell pepper, sliced into cubes

1 Onion, sliced

5-6 cloves Garlic, minced

3-4 pcs. Bay leaves

1/2 tbsp. Atchuete powder dissolved in 1 tbsp. oil

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1 1/2 cup Pork stock or water

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for sautéing


1) Pre-heat a pan with oil. Sauté garlic and onion till soft and translucent.

2) Add pork and continue to cook till brown. Add water, atchuete, soy sauce, and bay leaves. Simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes.

3) After 20 minutes, add liver, carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper. Season with salt pepper to taste. Continue to simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
