Pork Giniling with Oyster Sauce

1/2 kg. Ground Pork
1 pc. Onion, chopped
5 – 6 cloves Garlic, minced
3 – 4 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 cup mixed Vegetables
2 tbsp. Sesame Oil (optional)
Pepper to taste
Oil for sautéing
  1. Pre-heat pan with oil. Sauté onion till translucent. Add garlic and continue to sauté till the aroma of the garlic comes out.
  2. Add ground pork and continue to cook till golden brown (about 10 minutes).
  3. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix it well. Add mix vegetables. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with pepper to taste. Add sesame oil (optional). Remove from the heat and ready to serve. Enjoy!
