1) Season the pork with salt & pepper. Stir fry in a pan with olive oil until it’s brown then remove excess oil.
2) Add water, soy sauce, rice wine, garlic, ginger and pineapple chunks including syrup. Cover and simmer for 30 min. on a medium heat or until the pork is tender.
3) Add the corn starch/corn flour mixture. Simmer till the sauce thickens. Stir in leeks.
4) Serve with toasted sesame as toppings. Enjoy!
