Tokwa't Baboy


1 kg Pork

 3 slices Tofu

1 Medium Onion, sliced

1/2 cup Vinegar

1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1-2 tbsp. Brown sugar


Oil for frying


1. Boil the pork till tender then slice into small cubes.

2. Slice the tofu into small cubes then deep fry till golden brown.

3. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, onion and pepper in a bowl.

4. Then add sliced boiled pork and fried tofu. Mix it well and ready to serve.
