1 big Boneless Bangus (daing cut)
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
4 – 5 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Lemon or 4-5 pcs. Calamansi
1 tsbp. Soy Sauce
1 small Tomato, chop in small cubes
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, chop in small cubes
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chop in small cubes
1 tsp. Ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 – 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
Spring onion for garneshing
1) Pre-heat oven to 175C/350F. Prepare tray lined with foil and brush oil on it. Place the bangus facing up. Set aside.
2) In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together except for the cheeses. Season with salt and pepper adjust according to your taste then mix it well.
3) Place the mixed toppings on top of the bangus and spread it evenly. Lastly, add the grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. You can cover it with foil before placing it in the oven but I prefer mine with crunchy toppings so I did not cover it with foil. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the bangus. Ready to serve after baking. Enjoy!
