Ingredients:
1 pc Daing na Bangus in vinegar, garlic and pepper
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1 Lemon or 5-6 calamansi
1 Big Onion, sliced into rings
1 tsp. Ground black pepper
Oil for frying
Procedures:
1. Marinate Daing na bangus in soy sauce and lemon for 30 minutes.
2. Pre-heat pan with oil. Fry the onion rings then set aside.
3. Using the same pan, fry the Daing na Bangus until brown or cooked.
4. Transfer back the fried onion and marinade in a pan without oil. Seasonwith ground pepper. Mix it well and bring to boil. Remove from the heat and and pour the sauce in fried Bangus. Ready to serve.
