Creamy Tilapia with Pineapple
- Clean and descale the tilapia. Cut slightly and sprinkle salt on both sides. Leave it for 30 minutes. Then fry the tilapia and set aside.
- Pre-heat pan with oil. Sauté garlic and onion till soft. Add pineapple chunks plus pineapple juice and all purpose ceam. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer till the sauce thickens. You can also add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce as an option.
- Transfer the fried tliapia in a serving plate, pour the sauce on top. Garnish with chopped spring onions on top. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
