Garlic and Butter Prawns
500g King Prawns
5-6 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Pre-heat a pan and add the butter to melt. Saute garlic in a low heat. Do not over cook the garlic.
2. Add the prawns and parsley. Season with salt and pepper (adjust according to your taste). Simmer for 3-5 minutes on a low heat.
3. Remove from the heat and transfer into a platter ready to serve. Enjoy!
