Ingredients:
1 Bangus, daing cut
1 Lemon or 2-3 calamansi
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
2 tsp. Mince Ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Sauce:
1 Lemon
2-3 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp. Hot sauce
Procedures:
1.Marinate the bangus in garlic, ginger, lemon, salt and pepper for atleast 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2.Pre-heat pan with oil then fry the bangus.
3.For the sauce, combine all ingredients and mix it well.
4.Brush the sauce on the freshly fried bangus. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
