Salmon with Creamy Pesto Sauce
- Pat dry the salmon with paper towel. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze lemon juice. Leave for at least 10 minutes to marinate.
- Pre-heat pan with oil, add butter. Fry the salmon fillet on low heat. Set aside after frying.
- In a sauce pan, combine cream cheese, all purpose flour and pesto sauce. Season with salt to taste. Mix it well and simmer till it boils.
- Pour the creamy pesto sauce on top of fried salmon. Best serve with steamed mix vegetables. Enjoy!
