2-3 Spring Onions, slice into strips
1 big Onion, sliced
1 red Chilli pepper, sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
For batter:
1/4 cup Plain Flour
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 cup Cornstarch
3/4 cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste
