3-4 pcs. Fried fish (any fish)
1 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped coriander (kinchay)
2 tsp. lemon or kalamansi juice
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for sautéing
1. Pre-heat a pan with oil. Sauté garlic, onion and tomato till soft.
2. Add water, coriander (kinchay), lemon or kalamansi juice, pepper and season with salt according to your taste. Bring to boil.
3. Add fish and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the beaten eggs and continue to simmer for another minute. Remove from the heat and ready to serve with rice. Enjoy!
