Ginataang Sinaing na Tulingan


2 pcs. Sinaing na Tulingan

1 cup Coconut Cream (Kakang Gata)

1 1/2 cups Coconut milk (2nd squeezed)

1 Onion, chopped

5 – 6 cloves Garlic, minced

2 – 3 pcs Siling Haba

1 1/2 in. Ginger root, sliced

Oil for sautéing

Any vegetables like Sitaw, Talong, kalabasa etc.


1) Pre-heat pan with oil. Sauté garlic, onion and ginger root until soft and translucent. Add coconut milk (2nd squeezed)
