2 pieces talong (aubergine), sliced
1 pc. ampalaya, sliced
2 cups kalabasa (squash)
2 cups sitaw (long beans)
6 – 8 pcs. okra
250g. mince pork or pork slices or prawns
1 onion, diced
5-6 gloves garlic, minced
2 medium size tomatoes
2-3 tbsp. bagoong alamang
1 pork cube
fish sauce if needed
oil for sautéing
1. Heat up a pan with oil. Sauté garlic, tomatoes and onion till soft. Add pork (mince or slices) and pork cube (IN CASE YOU ARE USING PORK). Continue frying till the pork is golden brown.
2. Add kalabasa, continue sautéing for 5 minutes. Then add okra, amplaya, talong, sitaw and bagoong. Stir well. Simmer for 3-5 minutes depending how well done you like your vegetables will be. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
3. Best serve with boiled rice. Enjoy!
