Adobong Sitaw

Ingredients:
 
250g pork, slice into strips
 
1 bunch of Sitaw cut into 2 in.
 
5 Cloves garlic, minced
 
1 medium onion, sliced
 
¼ cup soy sauce
 
1/3 cup Vinegar
 
1 cup water
 
Oil for sauteing
 
Pepper
 
Procedures:
 
1. Pre-heat a pan with oil. Saute garlic and onion then add the pork. Continue sauteing till pork is golden brown.
 
2. Add water, soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer for 5-10 minutes in a low heat.
 
3. Add the sitaw and season with pepper, let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Do not over cook the sitaw.
 
4. Remove from the heat and ready to serve with rice. Enjoy!
