Pat dry the salmon with paper towel. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze lemon juice. Leave for at least 10 minutes to marinate.
Pre-heat pan with oil, add butter. Fry the salmon fillet on low heat. Set aside after frying.
In a sauce pan, combine cream cheese, all purpose flour and pesto sauce. Season with salt to taste. Mix it well and simmer till it boils.
Pour the creamy pesto sauce on top of fried salmon. Best serve with steamed mix vegetables. Enjoy!
