Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups self raising flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp. custard powder (optional)

1 tbsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. melted butter

1 1/2 cup milk

2 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

1/4 cup nutella (optional)

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, sift all dry ingredients and mix it all together.

2. Make a well at the centre and add all liquid ingredients. Mix it well until smooth and lump-free.

3. In a non-stick pan, melt a tsp. of butter on a low-medium heat and scoop about 1/3 cup of pancake batter onto the pan. Wait till several bubbles appear on top of the pancake before you flip it over. Cook the other side for 2-3 minutes, make sure your heat is on low-medium so that the pancake will not burn and raw inside.

4. Transfer the pancake in a platter and spread butter on top. Best serve with whipping cream and hot cocoa drink. Enjoy!
