Pork Giniling with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 kg. Ground Pork
1 pc. Onion, chopped
5 – 6 cloves Garlic, minced
3 – 4 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 cup mixed Vegetables
2 tbsp. Sesame Oil (optional)
Pepper to taste
Oil for sautéing
Procedure:
- Pre-heat pan with oil. Sauté onion till translucent. Add garlic and continue to sauté till the aroma of the garlic comes out.
- Add ground pork and continue to cook till golden brown (about 10 minutes).
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix it well. Add mix vegetables. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with pepper to taste. Add sesame oil (optional). Remove from the heat and ready to serve. Enjoy!
