Peanut Butter Grilled Chicken
Aling Oday's quick and easy Peanut Butter Chicken Grill. It's pan grilled chicken with the creamy taste of peanut butter. Best serve with rice and atchara.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg. Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Lemon or Calamansi Juice
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. grated Ginger
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken thighs. Slice slightly to absorb the marinade.
- Combine all ingredients for marinade and mix it well. Add chicken thigh and leave it minimum of 2 hours to marinate. Best to leave it overnight.
- Pre-heat pan grill brushed with oil. Grill the chicken 7 - 10 minutes on each sides.
- Best serve with rice and atchara. Enjoy!
